I lived in Lamplighter village in Melbourne Florida 5 years upgraded to a new home in the park closed on the same day as I sold my home yet they charged me as a new homeowner in the park raise my lot rent from 612 to seven hundred and nine dollars how fair is that .WoW .Is this the thanks for staying in the park .what a rip off.They also made 7500 for 3 home sales that I have givin them.also I closed on my home on September 26 and it's 106 days later and still no titles for our home or my sisters home who moved in a month be fur me and she has got no titles to this day.can you say lawsuit

Well you knew what the lot rent was going to be-when you signed the final papers, why didn't you just say NO?

We all bought here with the reasoning it was a 55 and older park-there are KIDS living on Waveside Drive. The people who think the rules don't apply to them are seriously mistaken.

NO KIDS.

If I wanted to live next to screaming bratty kids I would have bought in GROVELAND, not LAMPLIGHTER VILLAGE.
