Same *** different day at Cal Am was forewarned about company but took a chance . First day showed up paid rent in advance no visa allowed said it was Canadian check they said no problem .
I said do you want me to write US funds on check Nope get email 2 weeks later saying all checks should say US Funds Really ! Noise all morning from 6 am on manager stops by but it's construction so you can't stop it Really I'm.
A builder from Canada first and foremost anywhere I build in a street is noise bylaws and my neighbours concerns I'm on holiday in park think about it no noise before 8 am that's the general rule Stay far and clear from this park any Canadian client thinking about a CalAm property hurt them in the pocket book only thing these companies understand . Stay away from Canyon Vista in AZ
